We have seen this in the past where your printer is causing this. Please go into the Control Panel on that PC and choose a different default printer, perhaps a PDF printer. Un-check that box that states to allow Microsoft to manage your default printer…

Once that is done go back to ProjectPAK and choose that printer there too under File | Printer Setup…

Choose the same printer you just setup in your Control Panel…

Then try the Preview, if that works switch it back to the actual printer in the Default of the PC again and then on the ProjectPAK program. That should clear this issue. Recently Microsoft Windows did an update and set this up to negate the original default printer on your computer. Once you do this it will insure that there is a printer for our program to see. Do this to any of the computers afflicted with this issue.
