Training customers and assisting them with implementing our software is crucial to our customer’s success. Our software is powerful and cuts across many functional areas of a business. We need results-oriented and knowledgeable resources who understand our software inside and out, and most importantly, understand our customer’s business environment and work flows. We require product specialists have extensive experience in a make-to-order or engineer-to-order manufacturing environment. Hands on experience with our software would definitely be a plus.
Our help desk is the first place customers call when they experience technical and application problems and issues. We need intelligent, articulate, patient problem-solvers who work well under pressure. Experience supporting a complex software application is required. Manufacturing or construction experience would definitely be a plus. We consider candidates that have experience with our software and who possess a very good understanding of PCs and Windows, in lieu of actual software technical support experience.
We pride ourselves in building robust, efficient, maintainable, and defect-free software. If you enjoy working closely with customers and business analysts, if you are comfortable with all aspects of the software development lifecycle, if you are equally adept at new development and maintenance, we would be interested in hearing from you. We require a bachelor’s degree in computer science or business information systems, and at least 2 years experience with C#, C++ and/or relational databases. Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio would be a big plus.
