“PO_DOCQ”-Based Error Message

Usually when we see that error message it is when you are trying to preview or print, it’s a matter of elevating the properties via running as admin.  First please close out of ShopPAK.  Right click on the ShopPAK icon and select Properties.

 

 Go to the Compatibility tab and click Change Settings for all users.

Check the “Run this program as an administrator” and click the Apply button.  Click OK. Then click OK again.

Open ShopPAK and try previewing/printing again.  It should now work for you without throwing that error message.
