Exporting Accounts Receivable Customer (AR) Invoices

 
If you invoice customers in ShopPAK, you can export ‘Regular’ invoices created via the “Billing” tab and ‘Progress Billing’ invoices created via the “Job” tab to your accounting package.  We export customer AR invoices to the following accounting packages:
 
  • QuickBooks (export file)
  • QuickBooks (integrated)
  • Sage 50 (Peachtree)
  • Sage 100 (MAS 90 / 200)
  • Sage 300 (Timberline)              {Note: Only progress billing invoices are exported}
  • ACCPAC                                  {Note: Only progress billing invoices are exported}
  • MYOB
  • Xero
 
When exporting customer AR invoices to an accounting package, there are specific data elements that need to be present in order for ShopPAK to build the export file properly.
