Billing Form
Located under the ShopPAK major tab “Billing”, the Billing form is used to create, update, print, and delete regular invoices (as compared with AIA Progress Billings which are produced on the “Jobs” tab. See “Chapter 6 – Job Form”, pages 26 – 36 for details on how to generate AIA progress billings). Regular invoices are based on information contained on a shipping ticket. On the Shipping tab, there is a button that generates a first-cut regular invoice. Once generated, you can open the invoice and edit it from the “Billing” tab.
