Tracking
The second sub tab, “Tracking”, provides a rapid tool for updating Job Item, Work Order, and Change Order information. On one screen, quickly change percent complete and tracking dates throughout the entire job. ShopPAK automatically updates the appropriate screens and database fields with every change. When entering ‘Percent Complete’ at the Work Order level, ShopPAK automatically calculates percent complete for Job Item and the overall Job.

Choose the view that you want to work with. Upon choosing the level, ShopPAK lists all of the applicable objects based on your choice.
