Exporting Time & Attendance Payroll Hours
ShopPAK collects time & attendance ‘payroll’ hours, as well as, job cost hours. ShopPAK exports time & attendance hours to the following accounting packages:

Note: The QuickBooks (integrated) interface can also pull payroll data from job cost actuals, in addition to time & attendance ‘payroll’ hours. Check out the QuickBooks (integrated) section towards the end of the chapter for details.

Before exporting payroll hours, make sure you verify that all employee time and attendance time cards are accurate. If you use ShopPAK’s automated overtime calculation utility ( Tools | Apply Overtime Rules explained in “ShopPAK Tools”), make sure you run it prior to exporting payroll hours.
When exporting payroll hours, different accounting packages have their own rules and nuances, as explained below.
