QuickBooks (Integrated) Interface
With the exception of the QuickBooks (integrated) export approach, all the other interfaces use text files to send information to an accounting package. These files are first created by ShopPAK, and then are ‘imported’ into the accounting package in a second step. The QuickBooks (integrated) approach doesn’t create export files. Instead, it allows 3rd party applications like ShopPAK to write information directly to the QuickBooks database. The interface can even write to the Quickbooks database even if located on another PC across your network.
