PO Builder Form
PO Builder is both a materials analysis tool and a purchase order generator. Use it to:

Assess material requirements across a particular job or across several Jobs, Job Items, and Work Orders

Create Vendor Quote Requests

Rapidly create new purchase orders and/or make reservations against inventory items
IMPORTANT
The Work Order ‘Materials’ sub-tab drives the PO Builder Tab. To use PO Builder, you must identify all the materials needed for all jobs at the work order level. For more information on Work Order materials definition, see “Chapter 8 - Work Order Form” pages 33 - 44.
