Tracking Indirect Time
Organizing indirect time by Year / Month lets you easily compare one time period against another and quickly move between summary and detail views.
Clicking on the Job’s “Job Cost” sub tab gives you total indirect hours and cost so far for the year:
You can see the total hours and cost for a particular month by clicking the indirect work order’s “Job Cost” sub tab:
Clicking on the work order’s “Operations” sub tab shows indirect time details:
Running a work order “Labor Actuals” Department / Employee Summary lets you see indirect time by employee.
