Finding a Work Order By Job

Back on the Work Order Selection screen is a button called “Jobs”

Clicking this button displays a list of jobs that have at least one released work order.

Touching or clicking a job displays its work orders that are allowed to be shown on the PC Data Collection workstation. (This relates back to the PC data collection profile work order status directives).

Select the work order you need to work on by touching or clicking it. Press the OK button. You are returned to the Work Order selection screen. The selected work order is displayed.

Although you still need to know the correct work order number, some of our customers prefer to first select the job and then select from the list of filtered work orders for that job when identifying the work order they are about to work upon.
