ODBC Driver Installation
During the ShopPAK installation process only the 32-bit ODBC driver is installed since our software is 32-bit. If you are using the 32-bit version of Excel you can skip this step. However if you are in the vast majority of users you will have a 64-bit version of Excel installed on your machine, which means you need to install the 64-bit ODBC driver to connect to the database. Download the driver install package from the following link and run it on your machine:
Optionally if hyperlinks don’t work in your PDF viewer, copy and paste this into your favorite web browser:
This will install the 64-bit ODBC driver on your machine and create the appropriate ODBC entry that Excel needs to connect to the database.
Optional - Power Query Installation
As stated in the above Overview section if you are using a version of Excel that is pre-2016 you will need to download the Power Query Add-In to take advantage of this functionality. Here is a link for download:
