Quote Request Setup Options
In the ShopPAK Options dialog box, on the Purchasing tab, there are two global setup options for Vendor Quote Requests:
Automatic Quote Request Deletion
If you want ShopPAK to automatically delete old Vendor Quote Requests, you can select the timing of the auto deletes via the auto delete control. If you don't want ShopPAK to automatically delete old quote requests, then select "Never".
Quote Request PDF Folder
Choose the folder that ShopPAK should write generated PDFs to when emailing a quote request to one or more vendors.
