Product Form

Located under the ShopPAK major tab Jobs, the Product form is used to create, update, and delete Product information. The Product form is controlled by the Job Tree, located under the Jobs tab. If you select a particular Product node from the Job Tree, you’ll see the Product’s information appear in the Product form.

	TIP: We recommend reading “Job Hierarchy” before reviewing this chapter as it introduces the Job, Job Item, Work Order and Product level objects. It also describes the hierarchical relationship of these objects.

Any change to a product via the Product’s Product Details form can also be made from the work order level via the Work Order’s Products sub tab. ShopPAK keeps both views in sync. Changes made to the Work Order Products sub tab are automatically propagated to the Product level and vice versa.
