Looping Through Several Inventory Item Transactions

 
When you reach the end of the inventory item transaction screens, you’ll see three buttons:
 
  • More - Use Same WO #
  • More - New WO #
  • Done
 
The first two buttons allow you to reuse some of the information you gave on the inventory item transaction you just finished.  This speeds the process of entering several inventory item transactions that are related. 
 
More - Use Same WO #
Selecting the “More - Use Same WO #” button, creates a new inventory usage transaction with the same employee, inventory item code, and work order number as the transaction you just finished.
 
More - New WO #
Selecting the “More - New WO #” button, creates a new inventory usage transaction with the same employee and inventory item code as the transaction you just finished.  The work order screen, however, is redisplayed so you can select the correct work order number that the new inventory item transaction should be applied to.
 
Done
Selecting “Done” returns you to the PC data collection window in its “waiting” state, ready for the next transaction.
