Emailing an RFI
You can email an RFI from ShopPAK by selecting the RFI you wish to email and clicking the Email button

. The email address needs to be either in the contact's ProjectPAK contact's record, or the ProjectPAK company's business record:
When you click the email button, ShopPAK checks to make sure either the RFI contact or business has an email address, generates the RFI as an PDF, launches your Email client, fills in the email fields, and attaches the RFI to the email.
