Creating a New Quote Request
If the Quote Request window says “New Quote”, you are ready to begin dragging materials over to the quote request window pane. If it doesn’t say “New Quote”, click the New Quote Request button

Before dragging materials on to the Quote Request grid, you must supply the following information:
Ship By Date
Date the vendor (or vendors if multiple vendors are involved) needs to ship material to you.
Need Price by
Date the vendor (or vendors if multiple vendors are involved) needs to respond to your price request.
Description
Supply a description that describes this particular quote request. This makes it easier to find a particular quote request.
