Saving a Purchase Order
1. To save changes you’ve made to a PO, make sure the purchase order is currently highlighted in the PO List. Select File | Save from the ShopPAK menu or click the Save Record icon
from the speed bar. This saves any changes you’ve made to the ShopPAK database.
If you save a “new” purchase order, ShopPAK gives it the next PO Number and updates information about the purchase order in the PO List.
Note: ShopPAK automatically saves PO changes as you click different purchase orders in the PO List. If you forget to save and you close ShopPAK, it will ask if you want to save outstanding changes.
