Posting Several Purchase Orders at One Time

Normally, you open one PO at a time by changing its status from ‘Pending’ to ‘Open’. If you have several ‘Pending’ purchase orders in the PO List, and you want to open all of them, do the following:

1. Right mouse click the list of purchase orders grid.

2. Select “Open All Pending PO’s” from the menu. ShopPAK will change every pending PO’s status to open.
