Labor Actuals Reports
by Department
Lists approved labor transactions for the selected work order, sorted by Department, and within Department, sorted by Operation. Includes both estimated and actual hours and dollars, employee name, date, and time of the transactions, and variance between estimated and actual numbers.
by Employee
Lists approved labor transactions for the selected work order, sorted by Employee, Department, and within Department, sorted by Operation. Includes both estimated and actual hours and dollars, employee name, date, and time of the transactions, and variance between estimated and actual numbers.
For the above reports, you can request financial information be included – provided you have the security privilege of seeing employee-level job cost numbers. You can also filter by labor transaction date range to see just a subset of actual labor hours and dollars.
Department/Operation Code Summary
Similar to the “by Department” labor actual report, but instead of showing a row for every approved labor actual against the work order, it shows one aggregate line item per operation within department. At the end of the report, it shows summary line items for labor, labor with overhead, miscellaneous costs, material, material with overhead, total sell price and gross profit. It also shows percent of cost and percent of sell price percentage calculations.
Department/Employee Summary
Similar to the “by Employee” labor actual report, but instead of showing a row for every approved labor actual against the work order, it shows one aggregate line item per employee who charged time against the work order within a department.
