Ship To
Ship to customer name if one exists.
Customer
Customer name.
Quantity
Estimated quantity as entered on the work order materials grid. As you click on higher levels in the job tree, quantity is aggregated so it reflects total quantity for the selected material at that level in the job tree.
Purchase Quantity
Purchasing quantity is based on estimated quantity rounded up to the nearest whole number. As you click on higher levels in the job tree, purchase quantity is aggregated so it reflects total purchase quantity for the selected material at that level in the job tree. When creating a new PO, ShopPAK uses ‘Purchase Quantity’.
UOM
Unit of measure.
Project Manager
Project manager of the job.
Material Due Date
Date that the material needs to be delivered by in order to meet overall job dates. Depending on the selected level in the materials tree, PO Builder shows the Job, Job Item or Work Order material due date.
Scheduled Start
Depending on the selected level in the materials tree, PO Builder shows the Job, Job Item or Work Order scheduled start date.
Scheduled Finish
Depending on the selected level in the materials tree, PO Builder shows the Job, Job Item or Work Order scheduled finish date.
Target Finish
Depending on the selected level in the materials tree, PO Builder shows the Job, Job Item or Work Order target finish date.
Vendor
If you are at the Job Item or Work Order level, the vendor associated with the work order material grid row is displayed.
Stock Number
If you are at the Job Item or Work Order level, if the vendor has a stock item number for the current material it is displayed.
Requested By
Name of the person that is making the material requisition request. Only shows at the Job Item and Work Order levels when the corresponding work order material grid row identifies the requisitioner.
Requisition Date
Date of the requisition request. Only shows at the Job Item and Work Order levels when the corresponding work order material grid row identifies the requisition date.
