Checking a User’s Daily Time Transactions
On the “Transaction Button” screen, there’s a button immediately underneath the Employee Name called “My Time”.
Pressing “My Time” displays a window that shows the “Time and Attendance” and “Work Order” transactions the employee has generated thus far for today.

Employees use this screen to check that the transactions logged thus far today are correct. If they see a problem, they can notify their supervisor so they can correct the problem in ShopPAK’s “Time Card” area.
Note: This screen is “read-only.” You cannot make changes on this form.

Another reason for reviewing this screen is it gives the user status information at the Work Order / Operational, Departmental, and overall Job levels. For each level, the user can review the estimated hours, the actual hours logged thus far, and how many hours are left to go.
