We have seen this in the past where your printer is causing this even if you are just Previewing.

Please go into the Control Panel on that PC and choose a different default printer, perhaps a PDF printer…

Once that is done go back to ProjectPAK and choose that printer there too, under File | Printer Setup…

Choose the same printer you just setup in your Control Panel…

Then try the Preview, if that works switch it back to the actual printer in the Default of the PC again and then on the ProjectPAK program. That should clear this issue on this machine.
